Processed food products, saturated fats and sugar rob your body of antioxidants and the right nutrients to maintain healthy skin, nails and hair. A poor diet will lead to face wrinkles and dull skin. Eat fruits and vegetables that are full of vitamins and antioxidants such as avocado and kiwi.
Your body needs to be adequately hydrated to provide moisture to your skin. Water flushes out toxins that harm the skin and cause facial wrinkling. Without sufficient water, your skin will look dry and wrinkly.
Exposure to the sun, wind and tanning beds can damage and dry out your skin. When your skin is over exposed to these elements, wrinkles will start to form. A good sunscreen and moisturizer will prevent lines and wrinkles from forming.
